We are a startup based in Marquette, Michigan, and are pleased to be expanding our technical team to develop spacecraft systems that will be launched and tested in space! We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the management and integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems for spacecraft technologies that will be launched into orbit.
As our Systems Engineer, you will:
Develop requirements and verification, test procedures, integration plans, and relevant supporting documentation.
Lead FMEA processes and reviews to support risk mitigation.
Architect and design robust systems and interfaces for a space environment.
Ensure that discrete subsystems keep integration with other internal/external subsystems.
Prepare and present development reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Collaborate with colleagues from multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive understanding of systems and requirements.
Full-Time Salary Range: $85,280 to $114,920 depending on experience level
Timeline: Interviews will be held in December 2024. The position will be filled in January 2025.

We are seeking another experienced Electrical Engineer to support the development of space-bound electrical and electronic prototypes and products in the context of a robotics-enabled payload for orbital debris capture.
As our Electrical Engineer, you will:
Design, build, and test analog and digital electrical systems compatible with mission requirements.
Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications and conduct research into new electrical technology applications.
Prepare systems for launch to a Low Earth Orbit open space environment.
Prepare development reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Collaborate with colleagues from multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive understanding of systems and requirements.
Full-Time Salary Range: $72,800 to $104,000 depending on experience level
Timeline: Interviews will be held in December 2024. Position will be filled in January 2025.
